Emily has worked globally in the recruitment industry since 1999 across the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Her experience in managing recruitment agencies and consultancies gives her a vast insight into what employers and recruiters really want from job seekers in a competitive market. Emily is a resume connoisseur and an interviewing guru who can give you the inside scoop on job seeking minus the bul*s*it, really preparing you to get ahead of the game.
Victoria has worked in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, since 2004. With a Graduate Diploma in HRM, and a Degree in Management, business change and transformation, her experience spans over 20 years with corporate entities, small SME, privately owned and independents and multi-nationals, across a variety of industries in an HR, strategy & operations and recruitment capacity. Used to working to very tight deadlines, budgets and across a variety of stakeholders (internal & external) to achieve and exceed the desired results, Victoria has a personal passion for talent management, developing people, coaching, mentoring and guiding business owners/managers to develop their people to reach their full potential. With a daughter just started school, and living in what some describe as the 'rural' parts of Otago, she lives to the motto of ‘do it once, do it right, do it now’.
Based out of Auckland Ange is our resident recruitment expert with over a decade of international exposure to the job seeker market in New Zealand, Australia & London working for some of the worlds biggest organisations such as KPMG, PWC and ANZ. Ange is a mother of two with a myriad of experience as both a recruiter and a job seeker, making international moves, career changes as well as the challenges of being a return to work Mum, moving from full-time to part-time employment as well as starting her own business as a freelance recruiter. With her friendly and approachable style Ange will make the Job Seeking process a positive learning experience for you.
Jane has over 10 years international Recruitment & Human Resources experience in both the private and public sectors including Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs in New York, Shipping with Port Otago Ltd, Local Government with ICC and most recently in the Television Production industry with Natural History New Zealand. Based in Dunedin, Jane has experience across the HR spectrum and has a wealth of knowledge working with and supporting job seekers and employers with career development and career challenges. Jane has lived and worked in New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Australia and her wealth of international exposure offers a unique approach to Career support services, her down to earth and humanistic approach will put you at ease no matter what challenges you are facing. Outside of work Jane is an avid traveller with a passion for Africa and an advocate for Rhino conservation.
Emma is based in Queenstown and has over 10 years experience in Human Resources across a number of industries and the full range of the HR spectrum. Emma has had HR roles across NZ for organisations including Christchurch City Council, Fonterra, Westpac and other SMEs. After being on both sides of the redundancy process and the job search process Emma is able to see the whole story and help you get the best outcome for you. Since moving to Queenstown two years ago Emma has become the Mum of two girls and spends the rest of her “spare time” exploring the amazing place that is Central Otago.
